جلسة استماع في بني سهيلا بمحافظة خانيونس تناقش إعادة الإعمار وواجبات البلدية تجاه المتضررين

نظم مركز دراسات المجتمع المدني والتحالف المدني لإعادة اعمار غزة ورابطة النازحين والمهجرين الفلسطينيين جلسة استماع والتي جاءت تحت عنوان “إعادة الإعمار بين التحديات والإنجازات ومدى فاعلية البلدية اتجاه العائلات المتضررة ” بمشاركة مجموعة من المهتمين من اصحاب البيوت المدمرة وصناع القرار والمعنيين وطلاب الجامعات.

وإفتتح اللقاء الأستاذ/ عماد زقوت منسق الأنشطة الميدانية لمركز دراسات المجتمع المدني وتطرق في الحديث حول عملية إعادة الإعمار والدور الحقيقي لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني تجاه العائلات المتضررة ودور البلدية اتجاههم في تسهيل المعاملات للإسراع في عملية الاعمار.

وشدد على ضروراة نقل معاناه المتضررين الى صناع القرار والوقوف بجانبهم في مطالبهم العادلة وتناول اللقاء الحديث عن الخدمات التي قدمت من المجلس البلدي تجاه العائلات المتضررة والدور الحقيقي تجاههم.

وتحدث السيد/ ياسر أبو العلا مدير العلاقات العامة في بلدية بني سهيلا عن عمل البلدية خلال 51 يوم من الحرب على غزة والأضرار التي لحقت بها وتطرق في حديثة الى الخدمات التي قدمت للنازحين خلال فترة الحرب وبعد الحرب.

ومن جانب أخر تحدث عن عمل مؤسسات المجتمع المدني تجاه هذه العائلات وما هي الخطوات الجادة للوقوف بجانب هذه العائلات للخروج من الواقع المرير الذي مرت به هذه العائلات على مدار ايام الحرب.

يذكر أن التحالف المدني للرقابة على اعادة اعمار غزة ورابطة النازحين والمهجرين الفلسطينيين قد تم تشكيلهم بمبادرة من مركز دراسات المجتمع المدني (سيفيتاس) من مؤسسة المجتمع المدني من كافة القطاعات على مستوى قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية والقدس ومن المتضررين من الحرب على قطاع غزة .

CIVITAS institute ,CROIL for monitoring the reconstruction of GAZA and IDPs ( association of displaced persons have organized a hearing entitled “Reconstruction between the challenges and achievements and the effectiveness of the municipal role towards IDPs. This session was  accomplished with the participation of the concerned people including the owners of the destroyed houses ,decision makers , stakeholders and university students. Mr. Imad Zaqout “coordinator field activates ” at CIVITAS began the meeting by discussing the reconstruction process and the real role of the civil society institutions towards the IDPs. He also talked about the role of the municipality in facilitating transactions to accelerate the process of reconstruction . Mr.Zaqout stressed on the importance of transferring the IDPS suffer to the descion makers and to stand by them to get their justified demands , they also discussed the services provided by the local council to support the affected familie
Mr.yasser Abo AL-Ola “The director of public relations at Bani Sohilas municipality” talked about the municipality’s efforts for  51 days  during the war and the damage that affected the municipality . He also mentioned the serious efforts conducted by the municipality and the civil society organizations in supporting the IDPs during and after the war. It is noteworthy that CIVITAS institute introduced an initiative to form CROLD for monitoring the reconstruction and the IDPs League
